Day 1
Halong – Hanoi (B,L)

Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body, joining Tai Chi session to full charge your energy for the day. 07:00 – 08:00 Local breakfast is served 08:00 - Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Luon Cave (Hang Luồn) - Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on bamboo boat rowed by the locals. 09:00 Check out the cabins, at your leisure while our cruise taking you pass by other beautiful highlights in the bay. 10:00 You will join with our short class of Cooking demonstration, how to make spring rolls before an early lunch is served. 12:00 Return to the shore and disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell. Return to Hanoi. Arrival back at your hotel approximately 16:30. Check in hotel. Overnight at hotel 4*.
Day 2
Hanoi

Arrive in Hanoi. Guide picks up tourists at the airport and transfer to the city tour half day in Hanoi - the capital city of Vietnam. Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of President Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s hero. At the complex, visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where the nation’s founder’s body is preserved (closed on Monday, Friday and through October – November, we will revise the itinerary to avoid Mon and Fri), the colonial Presidential Palace, originally the French Governor Office and a fine example of French architecture in Hanoi, and the rural style Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked. Stop by one of Hanoi’s icons, the One Pillar Pagoda, built in the 11th Century in dedication to Buddha of Compassion and reminiscent of a lotus blossom rising from a pond. The next stop is Temple of Literature - the first university in Vietnam, where preserves the UNESCO World Documentary Heritage: the Garden of the Stelae. From there, we continue the walking tour of vibrant Hanoi Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, the focal point of the city. Our guide will tell you about the legend of the lake and how it become one of the must-see places in Hanoi for both domestic and international tourists. Hanoi Old Quarter has a long history of 2000 years of development which is the beating heart of the city. In here, bustling life of Hanoians is reflected in the most vivid way with crowded streets of people trading with each other. The quarter consists mainly of 36 Old Streets divided and named according to their craft guides in the past, and remain most of that working system until now. End of the tour. Tranfer to hotel. Day 3

Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing. - Check into your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind - Set sail as lunch is served - Join us for a typical local lunch in the dining room or at the outdoor dining area. Afternoon - Arrive at Surprising Cave (Hang Sửng Sốt), explore the cave and find out how the cave was named a Surprising. - Heading to Titop island area. Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by beautiful islets. Visit Titop island for swimming and snorkeling or do the short trek to the top of island to have the overview of Halong bay from here - Heading back toward the sleeping area Early evening - Summit on the sundeck watching the sunset, enjoy Sunset party. It’s ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset - An authentic Vietnamese menu is served - After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, or take for you one of our onboard activities: book reading, games, movies, and squid fishing… Overnight on the boat
Day 4
From Hanoi to the remote area dominated by Red Dao minority (B,L,D)

Breakfast. Check out hotel. From 6:30 – 7:00 AM, Car will pick you up at your hotel and take you directly into the remote mountain of Sapa. From Thanh Phu Bridge, you have another short transfer to Nam Cang village, and check in the tranquil and comfortable hotel. You will enjoy lunch at the hotel, connecting with Nam Cang village by its own suspended bridge. In the afternoon you will visit Nam Cang village, which locates in the most remote area of Sapa. The Red Dao women wear some of the most colorful and diverse costumes of all Vietnam’s ethnic groups. Herbal bath, local medicine and embroidery are some of the things that the Red Dao are very skilled at. Accompanied by your guide, you will explore around the village and learn how the local villagers make writing paper, jewelry and embroidery. After enjoying your well prepared dinner. Following the dinner it is maybe time to try the famous and traditional Red Dao herbal bath, based on locally handpicked herbs from the nearby jungle. Overnight at hotel. Add on: Join a local woman and pick your own mixture of herbs and spend the evening in a special traditional bath, based on your blend. The tour must be pre-booked.
Day 5
Hiking day to surrounding ethnic minority villages (B,L,D)
The breakfast is served on the terraces few meters from the river and it is time to yet another beautiful day. Your trek starts with an ascent to a small Blue H’mong village. The Blue H’mong mostly lives in the other side of Hoang Lien Mountain Range and only in the deepest part of Sapa Valley, they are found inhabiting in two small villages....
The breakfast is served on the terraces few meters from the river and it is time to yet another beautiful day. Your trek starts with an ascent to a small Blue H’mong village. The Blue H’mong mostly lives in the other side of Hoang Lien Mountain Range and only in the deepest part of Sapa Valley, they are found inhabiting in two small villages. You then take a descent to the Red Dao village of Nam Nhiu, having beautiful views of high mountains, waterfalls and deep valley. You enjoy your picnic lunch at a nice break place. In the afternoon, you will turn into a small dirt trail and soon be inspired by the marvelous view of the rice valley dotted with bamboo huts, which used by local farmers as overnight lodge in harvesting days. Passing the rice terraces and a pretty river you will walk on a quiet road for a while before arriving back at Nam Cang village. It is great time for a cold beer or just refresh in the river in front of the hotel. Overnight at hotel. Approx: Grade: Moderate/ 5-6 hours walking.

Walk in pure nature. Back to the city life of Hanoi (B,L)

In the morning you take a walk up to the jungle to explore the beautiful surrounding nature. You will encounter with the locals walking with their barefoot. The higher you go, the more you will be inspired by the origin of the nature. On the way back, you will visit one of the small houses of remote located Red Dao minorities, who are very poor and live just outside the forest. Now, the forest opens up to a great view into the valley, a big stream and several forests covered hilltops. Arrive back at hotel, where you enjoy another lunch in the mountain. At 14:50, you have a transfer to hotel in Hanoi. Check in hotel. Overnight at hotel 4*. Approx: Grade: Easy/ 2,5 -3 hours walking.

Follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit numerous places of interest:the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the local fish market… After your walking tour, if you have free time, you can do shopping at the old town.
